The Fairfax Bleacher system is far superior to the standard bleacher system, the  design uses very complex angles, hole patterns, heavy plates, round structural extra heavy pipe, solid rounds, flat bar, I beams, channels and heavy angle iron. All materials are ASTM A36 Grade B and are designed with tight tolerances along with custom angles for an exact fit.

Today’s technology has enabled us to manufacture precision parts with the use of Computer Programmed Equipment to accomplish this style of bleacher.
The programs are used for Laser Cutting of the heavy steel plates, this has keep all of the holes located to the numerous angles and all of the holes in it’s exact location every time for there were hundreds of plates that had different hole patterns along with different angles. These plates would have been a tough job for any conventional shop because of the numerous setups that would have occurred for each different plate, and pipe. Punching, torch cutting, drilling and forging of the cross tubes would have never been capable of doing without the proper equipment..
